We do not currently use analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and assess whether and how we can help.
- To carry out engagement scoping conversations and, where applicable, contract for work.
- To retain a record of correspondence for our own business records.
We do not sell, share, or trade your information with third parties. We do not use it for marketing lists or unsolicited outreach.
Where it is stored
Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms (our hosting provider) and forwarded to info@phoconnoptics.com. We retain submissions only as long as needed to respond and maintain our engagement records.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@phoconnoptics.com with your request.
Confidentiality
Any technical information you share with us through the contact form, or during initial scoping conversations, is treated as confidential. If you require a formal NDA before any technical discussion, we will sign one before proceeding.
